1. Acceptance

By downloading or using a YNCTR Apps product such as GlowCubes ("the App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for private, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

3. Purchases and virtual items

GlowCubes offers one optional purchase, "Remove Ads", handled entirely by Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple's App Store (iOS) under the refund policy of the store you bought it from. Any in-game items, skins or scores have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be modified, rebalanced or reset as part of updates.

4. Fair use

You agree not to reverse engineer, tamper with, cheat in, or disrupt the App, its online features (leagues, duels, leaderboards) or its advertising, and not to use the App in violation of applicable law or the Google Play / App Store terms. Nicknames must not be offensive or impersonate others; we may remove league or duel records that break this rule.

5. Advertising

The App is free and supported by advertising served by Google AdMob. Optional rewarded ads grant in-game benefits only when completed as indicated. Buying "Remove Ads" removes all advertising.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you hold as a consumer under mandatory law.

7. Changes and termination

We may update the App or these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. We may discontinue the App or its online services at any time.
